Mustaine la escribió en base a una película de vaqueros llamada Tombstone, una de sus favoritas.

"Había recién terminado de ver Tombstone con Val Kilmer y Kurt Russell. Me encantó esa película. Es una lástima que Hollywood piense que Val Kilmer es un arrogante. Creo que tenemos mucho en común. De verdad me agradó. Hubo una línea en la película que decía: este es un ajusta de cuentas o algo así ." (Mustaine, 2001)
